Majestic stuff. Rich, fruity, smoky. Thick and full of flavour. Red berries, black cherries, plums, chokeberries (or Chuck Berries?) and a touch of grapes as well. Fantastic stuff.

Oh boy. Très puissamment acidulée. J'ai un faible pour ce genre de funky jus rouge qui déménage, mais c'est pas pour tout le monde!

Encore une fois, un nez assez magique qui me ramène aux temps des fêtes de.kon enfance avec ses notes d'epices à cornichons et d'atocas. En bouche, acide, un chouïa vinaigre de framboise. Ça me pllait pas mal.

Acidité très prononcée. Loin d’être mauvais mais c’était un brin violent.

Smokey. 檀香/sandelwood. Berry jammy. Light astringent.

Le nez et la première gorgée ne m'emballaient pas des masses, fort heureusement au bout de quelques minutes ça a complètement changé. Fruit très présent.
