This is wild. Great funky berry. Lots of sweatiness. It’s strange. The flavor is more cocoa plant based for sure. Snow storm city.

Nez full baies, boisé, terreux, acide. Bouche similaire, grosse baies avec boisé du fruit, acide bien présent, terreux, longueur terreuse et acide. Top

Weird earthy/ash-like element countering the fruitiness.

Aronia seems to be a strange berry. Beside the sour and tarty notes, dry finish, are woody and smoked berry notes. Astringent. Vinous.

Straight up Aronia berries on the nose, you wouldn’t guess that it’s a beer if you just smelled it blindly. A bit astringent but still very drinkable.
