Whiskey barrel aged lambic. Very nice. Works well. Lots of barrel on the nose. A little sweetness on the palate.

Thank you JVR. What a treat. Has a wide berry and grape complexity. Very mature. I’m getting lots of blackberry and dark chocolate.

Top 3 for me especially with the raspberry chocolate truffle pairing.

It took them 8 years to make this. Small champagne house in France. Very cool label too.

Dusty AF. A treat to try but I’m good with just a small pour to tick.

Like a nicer version of cantillon lambic that has that vinegar flavor. A tick.

The beer is much bolder and aggressive than the wine version. Both are fantastic. I want the wine now (pictured)

Bottled less than 2 months ago 08/21/21. Sooo good. Flash backs to the old days.

Fantastic. This is going to age REALLY well. Lots of spirit barrel.

Wow. Cork popped loudly. Tons of carb. Dusty Cantillon. Fantastic.

My least favorite of the four 375s. Didn’t really pop and became a bit of a chore to finish. Still solid.

Wow. Damn delicious. Perfectly cellared. Soft, creamy mouthfeel. Fantastic carb. A tiny tiny hint of oxidation but it works to give it that classic old mineral funky Geuze. Leaves your mouth watering for more.

Fruit kinda died off. Might be a bad bottle. Oxidized too.
