与喝前想象的味道很不同，酸味很柔和。巴萨米克醋桶带来了一些焦糖味，增加了酒体厚度。与zwanze 2018的整体味道接近，但偶尔可以感到一丝醋感。完全没有气泡，口感顺滑，但喝多了会觉得腻。前半瓶是享受，后半瓶是折磨。升温氧化之后醋的感觉增多，难以下咽。

Lambic plat, vinaigre balsamique bien fondu, acide et légèrement funk. C'est loin d'être la meilleure Cantillon du weekend mais c'est intéressant et pas mauvais du tout

Je sais pas trop à quoi je m'attendais, c'est du lambic, flat, vinaigré, donc bien acide, et avec un goût de balsamique. Ya un peu le reste du lambic derrière (céréales) mais c'est vraiment faible face au vinaigre
