EB Cantillon Quintessence 2022. Was lucky to get a good bottle. Nose is pretty much a concentrate of what the brewery smells like. Very cool stuff!

Definitely another song compared to the one played at Quintessence ‘22 (where even there bottle variation came). This is a way off and corky.

#TheEndOfAllTastings Corky and trouble, less good than at Quintessence...

The bottle variation on these must be all over the place. Unfortunately not nearly as great as the Quintessence bottle pour I got. A bit too vinegary/acidic, but the OG Lam is there in the background.

vu les check-ins c'était la loterie et j'ai choppé le bon numéro, c'était exceptionnel tellement ça regorgeait encore de fruit pour quasi 30 piges

Late check in Quintessence No ranking for this since there was so much bottle variation. Some were still very fruity and complex, with some the cellar flavor took over. All in all great if you got a good bottle and very interesting to try.

18 avril. Quintessence. Last but not least. Incroyable qu’on ait pu goûter ça. La bouteille juste avant nous a gushé au complet.C’est une surprise chaque fois.Le fruit a fadé beaucoup moi et Marylie on goûtait juste une vieille RdG. Ils nous expliquaient

That's something you don't get to try everyday, 28 years old St Lamvinus! Lots of bottle variations but I got lucky with a very good one, still lots of vinous grape, nice mature lambic funk, just a touch of acetic and oxidation, impressive of balance.

Выжил и очень вкусен! Баланс, винность, сложность и пэйринг с юной итальянской салями топ!

Surprisingly lively for almost 30yr old lambic . A bit acidic on the finish but still a privilege to try this one. Batch one is legit.

4.6 - that one’s pretty old and top 2 🐑 of the morning. Heavy dark dry skins, musty and so much microbial action I am not even knowledgeable enough to describe it. 94 yet the acid hasn’t taken over the grape - actually feels quite juicy, almost like wine

From Quintessence. Still enjoyable, but definitely showing it's age. Very cool to try the first batch though

Managed to get a good bottle of it. And that's real luck 😅 pretty good, with some oxidation but still alive and deep. Salami skin and grapes and fruitiness

Apparemment très différent selon les verres. Pour ma part assez équilibré et vineux avec quand je même un goût de bouchon omniprésent. Pas désagréable cependant.

What better way to hit badge 100. Considering what hoops were jumped through to bring us this beer I was skeptical. Huge amount of bottle variation from what I saw and heard but for me was huge herbal, lil fruity, crazy geuze qualities. Blown away

Was able to try a few pours from different bottles. Bottle variation was fairly significant. The best one was very good, the worst was a bit too acidic and I didn’t care for it. The rating is for the average.
