Late tape de jeudi soir. J’adore vraiment les St Lam, probablement dans mon top 5 des Cantillons mais celle-ci était clairement past prime et très acétique. Je ne l’ai pas fini.

Le fruit est tombé. On me dit que c'est trop acide. Je trouve ça bon pareil.

Fun with loads of barnyard, sweaty horse and earthy notes on the aroma. Flavor is cloudberry, apricot and gooseberry with alot of acidity. Nice development!

Very heavy stable boy on the nose. Funk, acidic and fruit-like wine. Goose- and cloudberries. Physalis. Fancy, but not great.

Slightly over the hill imo, tartness is rather obvious, but still an excellent St Lam.

Last night. The cork was really moldy and nasty looking. Even after 12 years this is still perfect.

#TBT: (9/24/16 share). Cantillon 🍇 lambics are in a league of their own, and this is one of my favorites. Nice vintage a few years before the global warming issues at the brewery.
