Nath (2023) Zhu

Gentle and delicate acidity blended very well with the sour sensation from the macerated rhubarb. Light funk in the aftertaste. 4.3

Rose De Gambrinus (2023) Zhu

Loads of raspberries. Insanely fresh and aromatic. Rounded tartness. Wasn't expecting recent vintage to be this good.

Saint Lamvinus (2011) Zhu

Aromas of signature Cantillon funkiness, plus red grape flesh, light leather, mild lemony zest, and a touch of funky oak. the taste is a wonderful medley of mildly sour grape flesh, earthy tannins, red berries and oak. Way better than the lastest vintages

Blåbær Lambik (Blueberry Lambic) (2019) Zhu

Aroma of blueberries, ripe raspberries, and some woody spices. I’ve tried along with the Lou Pepe Framboise. It's so different from that one. Flavors mingled well with typical Cantillon funkiness.

Lou Pepe Gueuze (2010) Zhu

Upfront Cantillon signature funkiness of Gueuze. Slightly fruity and grainy with a touch of lactic acid. Tastes of absolutely rounded tartness. Almost 12 years from the bottled date, I would say that this beer has aged perfectly and gracefully.

Still very effervescent. Lots of raspberry, lemon, oak, and rose wine. A touch of cinnamon in the back. Finished with very long, dry and pleasant tartness.
