2022 versión. Clean, crisp, tart. Light peach. Great flavors. Draft keg- very rare.

Slightly Mighty V Chgo

It’s good and light. I’m not sure about “mighty hop flavor”. I’d say subtle hops. Certainly better than Miller/Bud light and Ultra.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) V Chgo

Cinnamon and cocoa flavors definitely present. Not so much vanilla. Thin like a porter. Cinnamon is a little hot but everything else not.

KBS Espresso (2021) V Chgo

Definite espressos, but also some smoky, bacon flavor. I like that part.

Two years later. Very smooth. Not dessert. Very smooth. Toffee and caramel are still there. Ot boozy.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) V Chgo

So maybe I left it one year too many? No maple to speak of. Coffee and bourbon survives, but mellow. Not syrupy, but not bad either. I think I would have liked it best 8-12 months ago.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) V Chgo

It’s mellowed. But flavor is still there.
