B1 , au nez c'est tres curry indien , épice graham masala , celerie. En bouche cest funky , sel de celerie , curry jaune , un peu noisette et petite acidité . Encore bien carb. J'ai trouvé ca super smooth et super different in a good way. J'ai adoré

Mon coup de coeur encore une fois. Le nez est incroyable. En pairing avec un comté 24 mois et le vin jaune c’est très très bon. Et oui c’est la batch 01 ! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Bon 20e le Vice !!!

Probablement la meilleure Cantillon bu à ce jour. C’est délicat, fruité, raisins blancs, vineuse, boisé. Un 10ans dans l’corps et c’est encore superbe.

18 avril. Quintessence. Même si ils recommandaient de faire les stations en ordre j’ai commencé par celle là. J’avais la larme à l’oeil en prenant ma 1ere gorgée. C’est la mère de Léo qui servait avec du Comté tout était parfait. Perfection de LVJ

That batch might nit want to wait any longer imho. Very good but the aged gueuze character took over and the barrel shows mostly in the finish, in a mild way. Very light on the walnut and thinner overall in the way it displays itself. Some wet oak too.

Late check-in. Easily my favorite beer from Quintessence. Restrained aroma, but the flavor is unbelievable. Wonderful mix of raisins, curry, nuts, and sherry. Blows away the 2020 vintage.

Отлично, но не мой лучший Кантийон. Само вино очень интересное, похоже на херес, однако для меня сладковато. Конкретно в этом Канти винные ноты превалируют над ламбиковой составляющей. Пэйринг с сыром комтэ и правда шикарен.

Quintessence! Also, La Vie Est Belge 2014 is a revelation. I loved the 2016 blend but this one may supersede it. Hits that light caramel malt that I detect in bottles like OGV12. Mild nuttiness, spritz, but creamy and luscious. Excellent.
