The end of my Vin Jaune trip. This one speaks loud that this beer needs time. Spiciness is present and this time it's not a kick in the mouth. Everything is so elegant and complex, with oxidation perfectly intertwined with the rest. 4.65

Was expecting more lambic forward qualities but was hit with even more vin jaune. Couldn't imagine LVEB could get better but this did that. Also had a pour of the end of the bottle and that was a flavour bomb - no acidity just pure walnut & curry!

Like dropping your marmalade on toast onto a dusty floor. Grandmas attic and honey. Jasmine. Zesty apple acidity, quinine bitterness, long finish.

Quite acidic, but after a while the nutty vin jaune comes through. Best pairing of the day with the Comte though.

Low carbonation, vinious, light woody notes, very noticable curry, nutty, balanced acidity. This is awesome right no imo.
