Lambic Grenache Blanc (2021) o.

Nice, but for me it was still a bit too young. The wine and lambic flavors were still separated and clashed a bit. Should be amazing once the flavors blend into each other a bit more with a bit of extra time though.

Saint Lamvinus (1994) o.

What a surprise! Expected to get vinegar but instead there was a very chewy complex Geuze with subtle vinous notes.

Lambic Vieilli 5 Ans En Fût o.

Very subtle and dry. Got complexer with time

Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie Est Belge (2014) o.

Quite acidic, but after a while the nutty vin jaune comes through. Best pairing of the day with the Comte though.
