This is great. Deep lemon sherbet yeasty nose. Little volatile kick on the nose. Great mineral length to this, the champagne really comes through. Delicate softness but beautifully integrated volatile acidity lifts. Fave of the day

Gewurztraminer Lambic (2020) H.

What a nose - marmalade, pink grapefruit, flowers. Dense body. Super smooth. Integrated acid. Quite soft but clean acid and great barrel character on the finish.

Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2021) H.

Zesty, medicinal, huge aromatic nose. Huge carb. Nice acid. Slight metallic/sulphur finish but not unpleasant.

Vin De Paille (2020) H.

Took some time to open up. Woody, dusty, but with toffee apple caramel underlying on the nose. Low carb. Body a little thin. Subtle acidity. Feel like I’m licking the inside of the barrel, so much Jura character. What a balance of beer and wine..

2019 release. This is banging. People probably hating on the lack of fizz - this is a complex accomplished beer and deserves a higher rating.. Apple and lemon sherbet nose, dry wood, some funk, deep. Super dry, woody austerity, citrus and a toffee finish

Bottled May 2019z Always a rager. Maybe its nearly christmas but there some real depth to this with some spicy notes.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2015) H.

Very surprised by this. Lovely caramelised citrus nose. Big mouthfeel, can’t feel the 8%. Acidity is super mellow now, but just a nice lick of it. Super caramelised finish, almost like slightly burnt caramel, with that bitterness. Long finish. Great.

Magic Lambic (2020) H.

Magic Nose is insanely sweet. Proper vanilla with that blackcurrant backbone. Vimto who dis. All nose no bite - bit thinner in the mouth, but vanilla adds depth to the finish. Brambly raspberries. Mellow acid.
