Rounded body, high carb. Super balanced and effervescent, a bit stone fruit, apple, pear when opened up. Cream cheese characters. Long after taste. One of the best blue label executions. Thanks xiaohua F.

Wine and beer pairing session in the 500yo Brussels City Hall, hosted by Moeder Lambic. Beer right, nose fruity with touches of grassy funk. Spritzy light mouthfeel. Modest sweet white grape. Harsh finish that smoothed out with warmth.

Wine is dry, fizzly, citrus, light apple and finishes with a long warming feel. The beer has canti funk, dry finish, vinious, light citrus.

08/21/20 check-in. Interesting wine-lambic hybrid with the balance pending toward the wine. Actually it could be difficult in a blind tasting to distinguish from a natural wine. Anyway it has a great complexity. 4.35
