New vintage. Great cherry and strawberry vibes, very round. Quite better than last couple vintages. Refined.

Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie Est Belge (2020)

Curry wine 🤤 sweet and savoury - loving it. Lambic with same notes as well, with less curry and more funk.

Muscat Petits Grains

Fantastic lambic - really like how it takes a new sour / funky take on the wine. The wine gives so much extra context.

Beck-Hartweg

Lambic wine blend . Interesting how the beer further ferments the wine resulting in a more earthy and mineral flavour but retaining a part of the original aromas.

Fantastic wine beer pairing - the Chardonnay is singing, similar flavour profile.

Not as savage acid as some other lions, and beetroot is adding a nice sweetness and earthiness.
