Lci Quintessence. De wijn was een soort verdunde grappa. De Lambiek was daarentegen zacht en vineus.

The wine was pungent, bit chemical on the nose and strong and astringent to my palate. The beer was lovely, though, softly funky with fruity and vinous grape.
