Bootle from 2012. Unusually fruity nose, massively boozy mouth. Doesn't quite feel like it's a beer.

44/50. Dunno which BA George this is, but I'm sure it's not bourbon & guessing cognac (the taplist just said "George BA"). Very tasty nevertheless. Dry, roasty w/ distinct barrel aroma.

I think I can detect cognac. Roasty, licorice root. Ashy.

Rich warming fruity, chocolatey goodness. No too sweet. Nice cognac warming finish.

Had a small glass at the desk earlier, rude not to! Huge boozy hit, with petey aroma & liquorice notes. Slight sourness has crept in. Could be on the wrong side of aged...

Ujujuj kan inte bli mycket bättre. Det finns dadlar och lakrits och mörk choklad och allt annat man bara älskar att finna i en öl. Sjukt bra öl
