A nice easy drinking tart and funky lambic but I was expecting more tart cherry fruitiness. Good but not great.

Rich, sweet and full of chocolate flavours with a good level of hop bitterness.

Obsequious Cade

Rich and smooth with caramel, chocolate and coffee flavours. Nice underlying vanilla and bourbon notes. Took me about 6 hours to drink this as I kept nodding off! LCI.

Underground Mountain Brown (2019) Cade

Sweet with strong roasty coffee flavours. A kinda beer & coffee liqueur hybrid.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) Cade

Glorious raspberry aroma with a balanced funky tartness. LCI.

Black Bear Cade

A solid impy. A little less sweet with age. Dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and berry fruit flavours. Smooth and warming.

Velvet Rush Cade

Grainy coffee and sweet milky coffee with a warming bourbon finish. Could do with a touch more bitterness for balance.

Funky cherry goodness.

Oude Kriek Boon (2020) Cade

Deep red with good tart cherry flavour. Starts out sweet and fruity and finishes with a tart dryness. Nice.

Beer Geek Cocoa Shake BA Whisky Vanilla Rum Cade

Bitter powdery dark cocoa balanced out with a vanilla sweetness. Rich and thick with a silky mouthfeel. Plenty of spirit influence here with a boozy warming rum finish.

Tangy and fruity with lots of passionfruit. A touch acidic towards the finish.

Smooth with chocolate flavour accentuated by a deft touch of vanilla. Reasonably oakey up front with sweet maple syrup & bourbon notes that linger in the finish.

Crisp and clean with good banana notes.

Smooth and lightly bitter with spicy and citrus hop notes. Estery with a touch of brett in there for good measure.

Rich and fruity with a full mouthfeel and a gentle pithy bitterness. LCI.

Sharp and tangy with lots of juicy passionfruit goodness.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Cade

Smooth and well balanced. Rounded chocolate, coffee and maple syrup flavours. Sweet but not sickly. The bourbon BA is there but fairly subtle. A touch boozy.

Game of Thrones - Iron Anniversary IPA Cade

Soft, sweet and fruity with lots of tropical flavours. Nice but lacking in any real intensity or bite.

Spontan Goes Spontan Cade

Super tart with a great aromatic bitter citrus kick. Reminds me of a bitter Seville orange marmalade.

Organic Cuckoo Wit Cade

Nice and refreshing with both creamy and citrusy notes and the estery tang of Belgian yeast.

Riesling People Cade

A light sweetish IPA with good reisling grape flavour throughout. A touch tangy with a dry finish.

The Guide Cade

A solid NEIPA with citrus and stone fruit flavours. Soft & juicy with a sustained hoppiness but low on bitterness.

Oude Geuze Goût Américain Cade

Crisp, spritzy and funky. Great sour tartness with apple notes. Paired well with some goat's cheese.

Sharp & tangy with rich blueberry flavour.

Santa's Hoppy Helpers Cade

Sweet candied caramel malt and citrusy resinous hops. Old style is a gold style.

Japanese Rice Lager With Yuzu Cade

Soft and clean with a light maltiness leadong onto the characteristic sharp citrus note from the yuzu.

Mikkeller XMAS Vienna Lager Classic Cade

Malty and bready with burnt caramel notes. Good clean finish. Genuine Danish taste (brewed in Belgium!).

Henry & Irma Vinter Hygge IPA Cade

Malty with sweet caramel notes. Nice citrus and resin notes in the strong bitter finish. A little spicy, earthy and dry which suggests there could be a bit of rye malt in there.

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Rye Whiskey Cade

Heady aromas of chocolate, fudge and whiskey. Rich and warming with chocolate caramel and vanilla flavours overlaid with spicy whiskey notes. Excellent.

Henry & His Sisters Cade

Crisp and bone dry. Fragrant & fruity riesling juice is a nice complimentary flavour.

Beer Geek Vanilla Shake (Whiskey Barrel Aged 2019) Cade

Blimey this is rich but so well integrated. Chocolate & coffee with a nice vanilla sweetness which harmonises well with the strong oak and whisky flavours. Just a hint of warm booziness in the finish A special beer.

Bundobust Pale Ale Cade

Clean, light, citrusy and super refreshing. Lightly bitter sherberty finish.

Spontantriplecherry Cade

Acidic but with a rich deep cherry flavour. Funky mustiness and residual almond notes.

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Bourbon Cade

Bourbon, caramel, chocolate and vanilla. Sweet and silky with barely a hint of alcohol. Good stuff!
