Rounded body, high carb. Super balanced and effervescent, a bit stone fruit, apple, pear when opened up. Cream cheese characters. Long after taste. One of the best blue label executions. Thanks xiaohua F.

Probably the most complex cantillon I’ve had so far Lambic, vin jaune, curry, curry leaf, orient spice, nuanced sweetness, walnut

22/23 Thanks xiaohua F. Too young, need at least another 5 years of aging

Surprisingly beyond my expectations. Balanced well between nuanced savory and fruity notes

Cuvée Moeder 10 Ans - Cab Franc
Sour plum. It’s sharp but the finish is more smooth and nuanced. I actually do like it

Unbelievable clean, refreshing grapey vinous muscat. A bit Pinot noir Summer vibes

Legendary batch Killer of this set but not my fav LPK, vibrant cherry and mild spicy

Right #1 Elderflower upfront then developed into a bit vinegar forward, vegetable mild acid finish, fades fast

Thanks Rory M. Always amazing to have an Lou Pepe. Super fresh and savory cherries. Still has very strong aging potential as the body tastes very young. Cherries haven’t developed into cinnamon and spices. Not funky or tart at all. Tasty!

Grapey and slightly funky. Super easy drinking. Some weird flavors in the end

So winey and incredibly creamy as a fresh Cantillon. Nearly not funky at all. Only pleasurable tartness in the finish. A great young one. Thanks to Rory M.

Not the best LPF I’ve had. The aroma is definitely worth a 7/5. So many fresh raspberries. But it tastes more of woody and dusty

Solid performance. More tart and cherry forward than LPK

I see the potential of perfectly stored vintage lambic from this bottle. Purely fresh raspberry
