Super moldy cork but no problem at all with this beer. Beautifully rounded.

Rian

Mellow with 11 years of air on it. Of course a dry ending with the hops still doing their work.

Age really does this beer wonders. Wonderful stuff. Funky & musty, sweet apples, citrus. Easy to drink with lots of complexity!

The Bulb

Aroma is reminiscent of the brewery. Highee carb than expected. Some of the fresh flavours are still present with an underlying deep old cantillon flavour.

Tons of complexity. Fresh-baked bread, grainy wheat, lemon, musty hay, tart apple, oak, grapefruit peel, and a herbal, almost eucalyptus-like note on the finish.

More stone fruit driven than most old Cantillon but lacking the intense, earthy funk I associate with cellared Cantillon. Very carbonated — goes foamy in the mouth if you chew on it (minus points).

Perfect bottle! Heavy mold under cap, gushing carb, lively bottle! Orange marmalade, lemon lime margarita, bright, mineral, slightly floral. Incredible nose despite subdued funk. Oak, funk, bright lemon on palate. Mouth and carb are flawless throughout.

Not as complex as the Iris. Nice peach gummy ring nose. Comes through in flavor more subtle than expected. Has some funk, but not as complex as you may expect for a decade old. Drank much lighter than the Iris

You're Fragile

Sweet peach tart candy nose. More acidic and lemon through body with building musty funk. Brighter and less soupy than the Iris, but prefer the complexity of the Iris

Amazing aged, as always. Tons of minerals, lemon funk, finish lingers on forever.
