This has aged aggressively. It is highly acidic. That said, I enjoyed the complexity.

Holy Cantillon-i !!! This is imho the peek right now. A very nice cherry tartness with cinnammon, very sprizzy and a well rounded funk which i describe of a very mild and good apple vinegar.

5 years old. Gets better by time. Very present cherry, not too sour, easy drinking.
