Tart and cherry aromas. Medium sour flavour and loads of cherries. A really great blend of cherries and lambic sours.

Funky, with some sweetness left but mostly that cheesy kinda funk older Belgian beers are known for. 🍻

Still has that intense tart, cheesy, wild funk that makes Belgians so amazing. Sweet levels tapered off but that's ok, still lots of cherry and that amazing wild fermentation character is what really shines here. Love it!
