It's been years since I've had one of these. They seriously back sweetened it, way more than I remember. So much it makes your lips stick together.

Still has that intense tart, cheesy, wild funk that makes Belgians so amazing. Sweet levels tapered off but that's ok, still lots of cherry and that amazing wild fermentation character is what really shines here. Love it!

The usual cheesy funk takes a backseat here for a slightly subdued sourness followed by oakey white wine and a light spiciness. Wonderfully complex.

Celebrating a new job! This got super fizzy the past few years and the raspberry and tartness was still so intense. Lovely!

This beer is the equivalent of a scratchy, old, wool scarf you find in your grandpa's closet. I love it!
