Barleywember beer #7. It's 8-9 years old and it held up well. Still boozy AF and it ain't pretty. Murky caramel colored with English toffee, oak but not dry, nutty and a bit char. If it didn't feel like a punch in the face i'd've rated it higher.

Thanks to Jonny Boy at Bottlescrew Bill's for the hookup! Way sweeter than I anticipated given the near 20% ABV. I think I'll just have this one tonight....

Yum. Lightest and least boozey 19% beer I've ever tried. Would almost like more body, but the lightness does somehow still work. Caramel, honey, oak.
