Decent, some bright almost passionfruity hops but still soft, light and refreshing.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) S.

Absolutely delicious. Tonnes of funk underneath, bright zesty fruity sourness on top, lacking a tiny bit 'in between'.

Lou Pepe Framboise (2011) S.

Mind blowingly good. Delicious jam, tonnes of raspberry seeds, nice lighter sour fruity beer notes and some good funk.

50°N-4°E S.

2018 bottling. Quite honestly I was a bit disappointed. Almost totally flat, barely any funk, some slightly vinegary sourness but not so sour, not much in the way of aromatic fruitiness from the lambic either. Barrel character was very nice.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020) S.

Stunning, not sure if I've had their Kriek quite this fresh before. Nice and tart, a little cherry flesh, dominated by delicious almond and cinnamon.

Brabantiae (2018) S.

Absolutely delicious, definitely leaning to 4.5. Tonnes of amazing funk, tartness pronounced but really not overwhelming. Some gentle prune-y notes from the port that are slightly odd but work.

Fou' Foune (2019) S.

Is and will probably always be my favourite (semi) “regular” beer. Delicious super juicy apricot, you somehow can really taste the fruit flesh in your mouth. Perfect tartness. Could have a bit more funk if I’m being super picky.

The Mentor S.

Decent IPA, some nice mangoey and pineapple hops, nothing special.

Russia Stout S.

Very very toasty, a little thin.

Swedish Wash (2019) S.

Nope. Some nice initial slightly tartish funky-ish notes, quickly lost in very strange herbal mouthwash.

Foret Du Centre Medium Toasted S.

Yum. Lightest and least boozey 19% beer I've ever tried. Would almost like more body, but the lightness does somehow still work. Caramel, honey, oak.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) S.

Lovely juicy fruit and some seeds. A bit too clean and crisp, might need some time for more funk to develop.

Spontantripleblueberry S.

This was damn delicious. Massive crazy amounts of blueberry, but enough tartness and funk also to keep it interesting. Not a hint of how strong the booze is!

Nice but a little overly sour in a vingary way.
