Bottled 11 Dec 2018. Rich, funky, very nicely developed. Deep dark cherry with a lovely thick effervescent body, nice acidity, dry with a lingering finish. Lovely.

Thanks Dan H. !! Unlike everyone else, I thought this was nearly perfect. The quintessential Belgian fruited wild ale. Huge cherry, barnyard funk and a very earthy, musty expression that lends to the age and long journey it took to end in the glass.

A celebration beer. Stunning. Brown sugar, cherry tartness. Guezy puckering sourness, but not as much as you’d expect. My wife even liked it. Really really good. Cellared 4 years.
