Drinking very well. Balanced. Lots of baking chocolate, little, alcohol, vanilla, a little barrel. I’m not so sure that it’s better than non-BA but very good in its own right. Sort of replaces the fruitiness of the OG with vanilla and more roasty elements

Sour cherry candy. Light minerality. Any funk is covered up by the tartness

Underripe apricot and not a whole lot else. Medium carb, light astringency, mild acidity

Thicker than I remember. Very smooth. Malty, lightly sweet, minimal barrel. Subtle.
