Fruit has not held on. Maybe some slight raspberry in the nose. Acidic af, reminds of a fresh Hansens.

Hit the 13 year mark. Tons of carbonation. Some black, slide mold on the cap. Still raspberry notes. Some oxidation, but overall it’s got that signature Cantillon funk and mustiness. Sharp, acidic finish. Really great!

Steinfrukt, bringebærdrops for days. Kan sikkert lagres + 25 år til uten problem.

Very funky but also on the acidic side.

Another reminder to buy more, bury it in the basement, and forget about it for a decade… ALSO! this was very carbonated. Uncorked with a pop and poured a tall, whispy head

2nd pour. Very tart raspberries & cherry skin vibe all funked up by up front yeast strains. Very dry earthy/musty oak board fun.

Pours dark rose gold with bright gold highlights. Quickly receding pinkish head. Nose is raspberry bush, damp soil, damp hay. Quite tart on the palate with notes of crushed ripe raspberries, other sour red berries, citrus zest, green apple, oak tannins...

Remarkably different than 2011 in a vertical. Much more translucent and a brighter taste. This was fantastic and I think the best.

Intense acidity. Brett heavy, still a bit of rasp, nice carb.
