Beers like this is why we're staying at the hotel above this establishment :) All mega blends are different, but this is the oldest I've tried. Deep, round, complex, but not oily. Adding the yeast increases the sourness (though the clumps look bleaugh)

Complete sour with lots of different tastes. Sour, bitterness, some sweetness and all inbetween.

Pale, still, amazing yeasty nose. Tart, biscuity, fruity, spicy, complex. Sour and still enjoyable

Kolsyran är svag, syran mild. Lite gräs blandat med gröna äpplen.

Ekig, torr men inte jättesur. Hade nog velat ha den ännu surare/syrligare.

Geuze som kör i mittfilen. Inte magnifik men väl ganska bra. Första gången på fat för mig

Riktigt god, ganska mild geuze som känns att den lagrats på flaska ett tag. Rätt så komplex med en fin smak av aprikos, äpple, lite apelsin.

Oj. Mycket trevlig. Rolig. Största fällningen jag sett 😂 Frisk syra. Lite äppletoner som bryter mot cider. Bra grejer 🤩😍 Väldigt rolig!! Måste testas.
