Ruby, foamy, nice small and sizzling bubbles. Yeast and cherries nose. Spicy and yeasty, with funky herbal notes, some cherries, some tart. Dry, good sourness and a funky spicy finish.

Techno Viking Mocan

Rose, a little still, fresh fruity sour nose. Sweet, notes of honey, raspberry, citrus, mango. Extended sweet and fruity aftertaste that goes on forever. Absolutely amazing

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2022) Mocan

Amazing kriek. Intense ruby, some foam. Strong cherry nose. Balanced and layered taste. Strong sweet cherries notes, tart, decently dry and with a refreshing, extended sour finish.

Night of the Hop Creeps Mocan

Bright yellow, foamy, fresh herbal nose. Very grassy, piney, some citrus. Crisp and fresh. Solid bitterness

SeaQuench Ale Mocan

Almost a gose. Pale, murky, good bubbles. Fresh lime nose. Fruity with lime peel and zest notes, tangerines and lemons. Sour and salty in a very positive way.

Man, this is not going to work for me… Looks like a wheat IPA, but it’s too cerealy. Color, foam, bubbles, even the nose are there. But it tastes like a hoppy Keller, not a NEIPA.

Proper Christmas Porter. Dark, creamy, nice foam. Roasty nose. Roasted almonds, cocoa nibs, hints of vanilla. Nice & dry, solid residual bitterness

Citra Crush Mocan

Pele yellow, some foam, not long lasting. Citrus nose. Very light and herbal: some green tea, some jasmine, some grass. A touch of lime juice and zest. Good bitterness. Feels like a proper IPA, not a session.

Hibernator Mocan

Good bock, but way tooooo malty for my taste. It shouldn’t be a pint of granola!

Vixen Mocan

Pale, a little cloudy, mango nose. Very tropical and easy going, herbal notes, some mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Solid bitterness

Oude Geuze Boon (2014-2015) Mocan

Pale, still, amazing yeasty nose. Tart, biscuity, fruity, spicy, complex. Sour and still enjoyable

Do Stuff Together Mocan

Electric lemony color. Loads of foam & bubbles. Fresh citrusy nose. Biscuity base with a full citrus punch coming afterwards. Solid bitterness. Low ABV. Very refreshing

Ich Bin Raspberry Mocan

Bright ruby, nice bubbles. Perfect raspberry nose. Fresh, fruity, loads of raspberry sourness, tart. Very punchy, but silky in the same time. Light and refreshing

Burst Mocan

Great tropical IPA. Getting this in a SAS Airplane is even better! Powerful citrus nose, nice bubbles. Punchy citrus, grass, tropical fruits. Some candy and/or bubblegum towards the end. Solid bitterness

Rosé de Gambrinus (2021) Mocan

Ruby color. Good carbonation. Sour raspberry nose mixed with best yeasts. Fruity, strong sour kick. Amazingly fresh finish.

K:rlek Höst/Vinter (2020) Mocan

Light yellow. Belgiany, yeasty nose. So floral! Hints of blood oranges and grapefruit. We’ll balanced and decent bitterness

Crackle Mocan

Dark and creamy. Smoky nose. Mineral, smoke, roasted almonds. Strong bitterness. Somehow light and a little watery.

Steeped: Biome Mocan

Bright yellow, hoppy. Tropical nose. Complex taste: dried fruits, some apples, pepper, some earth and leader tones. Good bitterness.

Vesterbro Spontanale Mocan

Proper lambic. Loads of red fruit, sour, tart, highly acidic. Extremely complex, layered: biscuits, dried fruits, sour cream. Very nice one.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2020) Mocan

Dark ruby, good acidity, very vinous nose and taste. A lot of fruit, quite punchy. Strong sour aftertaste. Very refreshing.
