Het bier, dat al aan het rijpen is sinds de geweldige penalty killer Krul zijn werk deed, is vooral zuur. Terwijl het naar appel ruikt.

Zaskakująco smaczne. Goryczka relatywnie wysoka, ziołowo-łodygowa. Przyjemne nuty stajenne. Połowa lambika poszła na galaretkę. Dobra wyszła.

Nice. Funky. Tart. Such a pleasure. 2014-2015. Label says keep until 2037, and I've had it for 7 years, but it's got to go because we are too!.

Celebrating the new wine/geuze cellar by actually drinking some geuze. Insane how this has developed. Meyer lemon, peach, some mild dried mango. Color is richer from oxidation. Tartness is very mellow. Carb is there but not as robust. Have about 5 more.

Specs has these … not sure how much longer this particular beer will hold up for years to come … best to try them before they lose their luster - no rating

This has aged very well, doesn’t feel as sharp as it was but still beautiful. I have one left after this. May keep that a while longer! 8 years and counting!

Sicher gut gereift. Bekommt aber einen nicht angenehmen holzigen Touch.

Eerste geuze die ik drink. Kreeg 6 jaar geleden het advies om hem even te laten liggen. Ik vind het lang niet gek. Lekker fris, veel appel. Bittertje erbij. Prima!

One of the Novare cellar bottles when they opened for to-go only during summer 2020. Aged great. Mellowed out, great funk and earthy character. Not as tart as expected
