Unfortunately I think this one may have gone a bit "bad". Not bad in the sense that it tastes awful or got infected or even super oxidized. It's definitely not as complex as I've come to expect. A little barn-y on the nose, sweet and lightly tart.

Okay and acidic, some must and a lot of sediment by now. An acquired taste apparently

Acidic oakey aroma. Definitely unfiltered, nice sediment layer. Dry, oakey and very much a lambic. Lucky find.

Den här har nu planat ut och börjat tappa så smått, framförallt i syran. I eftersmaken är de metalliska tonerna tydliga men den har också fått en torr bitterhet.

Really mellow after a couple of years. Less sour notes, more subtle and soft, giving room to fruitiness.

Fruity with a nice bite. Slight funk aftertaste. Wonder if it turned or needed more aging. Will never know.

Funky as all get out! Super Musty & Dry. Mouth gleaking, Herbal/Tangerine notes on Finish. Aged Well!

Oude Geuze in een wijnglas 🤭 Wat is hij heerlijk fris zoetzurig en zacht van smaak!! Doet denken aan appelcider. Houtige smaak, lekker!!!
