2013 Vintage. That’s some funky ass barnyard right there! Huge Carbonation still after 10yrs of Aging! Dry Finish. Naja’s Place is still one of my favorite spots on the West Coast!

2014 Vintage. Oldest Loon from the Cellar! Barnyard & Funky Nose. Huge Notes of Merlot & Cab-Franc on the initial taste. Light Berries on the Finish. Tart Pucker but SMOOTH! Aged Well.

Oldest bottle of Geueze from the cellar! Stupid Funk & Barnyard Notes. Goaty & Pure Lambic traditional yeast on backend. No Carbonation left but all good.
