Been waiting for a special occasion to open this, I guess a hot, humid Saturday will do! Aroma of biscuits and fresh lemons. Lovely balance of tartness and acidity. Drinks dry, with a champagne like brightness. Flavors of ripe peach and lemon with funk.

Honeymoon beer purchased at the brewery ten years ago, stored upright. I had high hopes for this but it hasn't really developed all that well.

Nov 28 2013 bottle. Flat and weird minty finish. Glad I didn’t sit on this any longer.

A wonderful birthday gift from Tommy 😀 it was amazing, obviously. There aren’t many things you can drink as satisfying as a well aged lambic 🥰 2013 glasswear inadvertently picked out…

Cellared well, quite nice, smooth, touch bitter, welcomed funk.

Belgian flag bottle, 375ml, bottled 28 November 2013. Hardly any carb. Dry funk, some minerality and light lemon.

December 2013, Belgian flag label. Has aged amazingly! full of farty blue cheese funk. A hint of vinegar when tempered so not a top rating

wonderful, aged well, just solid bluecheese funk, low carb and good depth
