Honeymoon beer purchased at the brewery ten years ago, stored upright. I had high hopes for this but it hasn't really developed all that well.

Honeymoon beer purchased at the brewery ten years ago, stored upright. Beautiful cherry remains present, but subtle. This has aged really nicely for the past ten years, like my marriage.

Honeymoon beer purchased at the brewery ten years ago, stored upright. Raspberry is pretty gone, replaced by some complexity and acidity typical of Cantillon. This has aged pretty nicely for the past ten years, like my marriage.

Impressive. Getting more dark cherry than traditional blueberry flavor. Rich and complex to match the acidity.

This one took a while to open up. Some decent fruity flavor came out, but this was mildly disappointing.

Super earthy and dank, the dry hops really stand out in this, almost minimizing the classic character.

Develops some hints of that dope aged Cantillon goozyfunk once it opens up

Acidity is really on point at this point. Balance has improved significantly.

Definitely a different experience in drinking this several hours old after transporting it in a vial from a share I did not attend vs. the last time opening a bottle at the source on Rue Gheude, but still wonderful and amazing. Thnx 4 the assist Felix R.

Rhubarb drank more like grapefruit for me and I loved it

I've liked it equally both times I've been fortunate enough to drink this

This wasn't my favorite Lam. While the complexity and funk were extremely on point, I missed the fruity fresh grapes that I'm used to from fresh bottles. Still excellent.

This is probably the best Nath I've ever had. Nice and fresh. Acidity and funk are in balance. Grapefruit rind with a touch of cereal, rhubarb bitterness in the finish.

Distinctly apricot, but the fruit is more subtle than anticipated with this bottle being less than 4 months old. Slight creaminess alongside the standard acidity.

Ironic geuze-producer glassware for the win here. Super drinkable.

This reminded me of the '21 with huge grape flavor, but this was a bit more rounded.

Can't remember a geuze I've had that I liked more. Seems to be hitting its stride, happy to have sat on this for over five years.

Unbelievable bottle. Tasted against the 5yr De Cam lambic, it blew it away from the nose to the finish. Beautiful earthy, funky wood character on top of citrus notes. Legit reminds me of the '98 bottle I tasted at Delilah's the other day.

Hot damn this one was full of muddled red wine character. Most grape-forward Cantillon in a long while.

Surprised by the almost total lack of funk, despite being a fairly fresh bottle. But, plenty of brightness and fun, mild complex acidity.

Honey with some lemon, with some oak, low carb mildly acidic. Layers of flavor.

Perfect. Wildflowers, so much barnyard funk with biscuits. Put this bitch in the oven at 400 and 25 min later you'll have a delicious load of bread.
