Taking it back to Belgium and one of the more memorable meals we had. #guezesauce

Aged seven years. Cork was mouldy! Tingling acidity with notes of grapefruit, lemon, stone fruit, wet hay, burning rubber, and woodiness.

Lovely! Minimal carbonation, don’t get to try anything like this very often, so so good.

A superb easy drinking crisp grape and citrus flavoured drink. Very light and great to try a cantillon. Thanks Henrik v. for the bottle share mate.

Good ol' rusty tractor exhaustion, super oaky, some metal, power, pretty bitter and dry, vinegary at first but not anymore. Very nice

375. In a good place now, but oxidation creeping in. Still smells like the brewery, though!

Nutty, leather, funk, oak tannins, light acidity. Absolutely beautiful.

Seemed fitting. Bday is in one week, this bottle is almost exactly 7 years old. So, so good. I believe I purchased this at Zwanze Day from Schera's in 2016 or 2017. Lemony, tarty deliciousness. Sad it was my last. 4.58

Nothing like a Belgian Flag gwayzzee. Had this same 8/27 batch in May, and it’s tasting just as nice. Thanks Al

Musty nose. Tart, funky barnyard. Aged well. Woody. Hay. Stinkified!! Low acid. Bleu cheese finish! Good for style

BFLF Nice funk blue cheese drift that lays down on a nice crisp lemon and funky straw bed. Rather interesting dance on finish where the sneakers come off and we danced.

Surprisingly bright nose, not too much funk. The body on this is soo chewy and amazing. Taste is still good, nothing too crazy

Lemongrass, grape must, light vinegar and wine barrel on the nose. Incredibly complex taste profile: floral notes, lemon citrus acidity, vinegar, wine, oak, herbal/grassy notes. Drying, lingering tart bitter finish. Love it.

4 Oct 75cl. There’s a plasticy off taste in this bottle that mostly ruins this for me. It’s otherwise good, so maybe other bottles from the batch will be better?

Holding up nicely. Lemon and green apple. Good but not mind blowing.

Another late check in and another bucket list checkmark. Lemon juice and vinegar sourness but very clean and managed, bit of nuance from the malt remains to round it out. Funk wafts in with a bit of attic and bleu cheese. Light leather and oak.

Thanks Kevin M. ! Green apple, lemon, funky bitterness, grass, oak. Smooth fruity start, dry finish. Super well balanced, delicate but not light, dynamic flavor curve over the course of a sip without jarring shifts. Last Sunday.
