All Day West Coast Compagnone

No real nose to this. Maybe a bit citrus? No real pine here. I wouldnt exactly call this a 'west coast' IPA. It's smooth, not piney, earthy or crisp. In any event, it's a yummy beer. Crushable & easy. Yum.

All Day Haze Compagnone

Bit of a hoppy nose. Smooth, pleasant. Balances with slight grapefruit. Not bad. Simple, easy. Yummy too.

All Day Grapefruit Compagnone

Nice big juicy grapefruit juice nose. Good fruity juice taste. A bit sweet, more like red grapefruit, not white. Still, yummy & smooth & crushable. I can dig this one.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Compagnone

My 1st check in to 2019??? Delightfully chocolate bourbon nose. Carbo a bit flat. Coffee grounds for sure, bourbon hint on back end. Decent for almost 5 years. Maybe 2 years on KBS is the sweet spot.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Compagnone

Not too many left. Still has a sweet maple nose. A touch boozy on nose, cocoa. Carbo still good. Sweeter than I remember. Like, really good here. This is how a CBS should taste. Maybe I just hit a sweet spot after 4 years' age?

Tru-Action IPA Compagnone

Fruity nose. Light, sweet. Maybe a touch earthy on finish? Kind of nice. Actually. Colab with Trill. Tastes like a really light version of a small bird series.

50°N-4°E Compagnone

Stanky shoe leather. Feet. Very dry & musty. A bit of stonefruit. Mild acid. Honestly I'm not a fan, so no rating. Don't want to mess with Global.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Compagnone

Bourbony nose, caramel. Bourbon is strong here. Chocolate & coffe faded some. Flavor dropped a lot here. Maybe I need to go with a more recent year, but I found KBS usually kept adjuncts for a few years.

Frootwood (2017) Compagnone

Cherry really hung around on this one. Bourbon settled, rich caramel notes. This aged very well.
