Great beer. First sip was very metallic, but changed as it opened up. Fresh, appley, stone fruity, yet deep, funky and port wine. Beautiful.

Classic Gueuze (2013) Bøttcher

Good ol' rusty tractor exhaustion, super oaky, some metal, power, pretty bitter and dry, vinegary at first but not anymore. Very nice

Fou' Foune (2019) Bøttcher

More subtile, simple and clean than perzik. Abricot seems more perfumey and not as intense. Great beer ♥️

Heavy, vinous, oaky, sweet apples, overripe plums, musty and cheesy. Complex and nice. Finishes off with some astringent backburn
