Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Matey
Interestingly sweet. Got the good funk and grassy stuff but a nice edge.

Nov 28 2013 bottle. Flat and weird minty finish. Glad I didn’t sit on this any longer.

Nice and funky. Not as fruit forward as the best vintages but still delicious.

Kriek 100% Lambic (2016) Matey
Last check in was six years ago. Nose is fantastic with big juicy cherries and vanilla. Flavor doesn’t follow through quite as fully, but still delicious.

Something special for my sporty forty. Favorite beer in the world and one of two bottles I’ve ever owned. Still perfect, no signs of oxidation, jammy cherries and lambic funk perfection.

Last honeymoon bottle? I like it more than previous check ins though iris always has a weird chlorine kinda flavor. Regardless, 8 year old bottle hangin tuff per usual Cantillon standards.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2012) Matey
Nov bottle= 10+ year bottle holding up like a champ. Zero oxidation and still fresh lambic flavor. Score from my last check in six years ago stands.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2013) Matey
Happy Zwanze day! June 6 2013 bottle holding up like a champ. Plenty of cherry, no signs of oxy. Fruit may be slightly muddled but it’s generally tasting very good.

Bruoscella 1900 Grand Cru (2022) Matey
Tasty! Still but I *still* like it. Mild and soft funk.

I prefer the juicier fresh versions but this is still delicious. Starting to get a bit more acidic but not overbearing.

Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) Matey
March bottle date so really fresh, fruity, bright, and effervescent.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2015) Matey
Same rating as years ago. Nice but nothing special by Cantillon standards.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2015) Matey
Still dang tasty. Soft funk, mildly sour. Zero oxy. Vanilla/oak with some green apple.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) Matey
Dec 2020 bottle. Light but tight carb, minimal funk in the nose but classic Cantillon funk comes through on the taste. Not as jammy as LPF but fruit is still very prominent.

05 bottle holding up like a champ. Not as magical as some other old LPG I’ve had but vanilla and oak dominate.
More sour and less fruit than the best Fou but still delicious with that classic Cantillon funk.

Holding up amazingly. This is spectacular. Bottled 07 but sticker says 05. Moderate carb, no oxy.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2015) Matey
March bottle. Not a massive cantillon gueuze fan but this is probably the best I’ve ever had from them. Some lovely vanilla/oak notes that really elevated it.

Not sure the vanilla improves on LPF but this is obviously quite good. Glad to finally try.

Cap looked like hell but this was delicious. Not super fruity but great funk.

Lovely stuff. Very different from regular gueuze but that familiar funk.

Dryer? Floral maybe hoppy? Very different from the first two but still delicious.

Holding up nicely. Lemon and green apple. Good but not mind blowing.

Lightly sweet (from the cognac?). Mild funk and balanced. Lovely stuff.

Still bangin’. August bottle. Apricots still there, strongly acidic but not overwhelming.
