Kirpeän hapan ja pehmeän hedelmäinen tuoksu. Erittäin kirpeän hapan ja täysin kuiva. Aprikoosi tulee läpi jälkimaussa. Ei heikoille!

Oh my sweet Jesus. This aged glorious. Apricot is banging in this. Awesomely aged lambic backbone. One of the best bees of the weekend so far

10 years old, cheese full on, tart, not very bitter. Like it, don’t love it; intense.

Maybe the best bottle of fou ive ever had. Divine. Still huge apricot and lively carbonation. Black mold on the cork = good bottle. Always.

I really seem to prefer fou fresh. Mellow fruit and funk but the acidity is just too high for my liking.

21Aug2014. Extremely acidic. Won't drop the rating but this one isn't great anymore. It's harsh.
