It’s no Royal Oak, but pretty damn solid. Notes of dates, and leather. All on a chocolatey sweetness. Tiny hint og smoke preventing it from being too sweet. All in all well balanced in the sweet side, but quite complex which is nice

Seven Hours of Sunlight Pawlowski
Just an awful beer. Just don’t drink it. Metallic aftertaste. 6ABV but still an unpleasant alcohol burn. Discussing if it was oxidied and the bar was to blame, but I don’t Think so. Can see why some would say ‘fruity’, but its not. Its just unpleasant

Seems as bit sweet and unbalanced. It had some bitterness to it, but it never really show due to too much sweetness. Not much hop aroma. There are some Nice subtleties from the hop, but they don’t Seem to play together that well

Tart body, but lacks some to complement the hops. Resulting in an overall bitter impression, although not at all unpleasant or piner. Too thin body, even for a session, but it is crushable

Stereo Mono: Cashmere Pawlowski
At first a bit unpleasant and boozy, which quickly disappeared. Hints of tropical fruit and melon, but that are not really comming forward. Nice sweet and full body. Perfect for an IPA, but ho profile is a bit off
