The house beer here at Peders. Menu calls it Peders Hvede. There is a bubble gum aroma and a noteworthy banana flavor. Quite a bit of carbonation, but still not too acidic. A tad thin, but very solid.

Ganske udmærket hefe. The banana of present in this one. Frisk!

Lidt banan i duften. Smagen er mild og har stadig lidt noter af banan. Lidt syrlig som jeg godt kan lide.
