A very smooth, very easy to drink, Oktoberfest. Decided to have this since I’m not sure how much longer it will be available, and I’m glad I did. It’s lighter and a little less malty than many marzens. I really like this one.

Very unique take on KBS. The blueberry is pretty tart, and for me it takes away a lot of the delicious KBS flavor. Still a great beer, but not quite up to the normal KBS standard.

Very nice coffee taste really stands out. Great body and nice sweetness.

Pretty solid stout. Maybe a little thin, and has a little spiciness without burning through the taste.

A lot of coffee on the nose and plenty on the palate as well. Good dark chocolate notes and it all comes together incredibly harmoniously and smoothly. Only minor complaint is a slightly thin mouthfeel.

It’s good, but not a favorite IPA. Nice bit of hoppiness but not overwhelmingly bitter.

The house beer here at Peders. Menu calls it Peders Hvede. There is a bubble gum aroma and a noteworthy banana flavor. Quite a bit of carbonation, but still not too acidic. A tad thin, but very solid.

Another incredible KBS, but this one is even better than the last one. I really love that coffee flavor. As with all KBS, there is great bourbon barrel taste and a ton of body. Just a great beer!

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Boggy
This is just incredible. Big bourbon barrel taste very nicely balanced with the vanilla and cinnamon.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Boggy

It’s been a while since I’ve had this. Love the strong coffee flavor with the dark chocolate taste as well. A fantasy lyric beer.
