Had the old Cantillon tea note going for me. Ian’s generosity and cellar depth is always unmatched. Probably give the slight edge to LPG to A&T today

This is a real treat. Happy to share this with good friends. Direct from the Ebenezer's/Chris Lively cellar

Cellar, muskey, slight cognac nose. Mature. Hint of oxidation in a great way. Citrus, grapefruit. Hint of white raisin. Great!

Low carb, nose is good funk but dont get it in the flavor. More citrus rind than anything. Top of cork was moldy.

Hugely sour lambic. Not at all deteriorated by its 17 years of sitting under Tone's stairs. Tasty stuff. #bottleart

From a bottle sitting under the stairs for the last 14 years, freshly released. Nose is green apple, zesty lemon, horse blanket, brie. Taste is green apple, lemongrass, funk (HEYY!), lime. Zesty citrusy finish. Exquisite.

Holding up amazingly. This is spectacular. Bottled 07 but sticker says 05. Moderate carb, no oxy.

Funky and sharp, no pop on the bottle but had some carb, got better as it opened up

Boom!!! Maybe a little over the hump but LPG is my beer ♡. A: muted white pepper in comparison to the LPG11 in the summer, parmesan, oxidation. T: green apple assault, acidity+, cheesy funk. AT: white pepper, leather, lemon, relatively short finish

Excellent condition, one of the better Cantillon corks I have seen in a while 😉

Eloquent complex blend of wine and mild oxidation. Dank mouldy funk with a still fruity nose. Superb
