2014 😲 Bouah que c est bon. L acidité et le vin rouge s associent parfaitement, je m attendais à qqch de plus acide, mais le boisé est bien imprégné, voir un côté tannique. Fruits rouges, myrtilles, cassis viennent s ajouter en cours de bouche

Lci Cantillon tasting. Couleur typique, très boisée, acide mais les raisins ont quasiment totalement disparu pour moi

Winogronowych backlogow czas. Mocno kiblowe, dzikie i octowe, sporo skorek winogron, moczniku i jeszcze raz siary, troche cydrowych nut, 4,0, s: kwasne w opor, octowe i siarkowe-kiblowe, sa czerwone owoce, winogrona, ale octowa sie odzywa, 3,9 overall.

Almost 9 years old. Held up really well all things considered. A little more acidic, a little less fruity, and less duration. I think these bottles peak with 4-6 years of age, but it’s nice to see how St. Lam continues to develop. Mushroomy, olive funk.
