This vintage of St Lam is phenomenal. The grapes are super juicy and fruity, Cantillon funk, mild oak.

Traded Aronia lambic for 2 of these. Unfortunately neither bottle was well cellared (clear from cork & taste). A bit flat, acidic, less merlot, simple funk. Good bottles I’ve had are 5s. This would be a 4 at best. I’ll keep my original rating. Too bad.

NotGT backlog. Aged 6 years. Funky grape juice acid. Way too far gone too decipher differences from fresh vers I hads before. Twas good.

Fantastic. Nice funk, great balanced carb, not sweet like many lambics which I usually hate. Def worth a try
