This is nice but I’m definitely getting a distinct grain booziness on the back end. Feel like if the pH were just a tad lower it would hide it. Good for summer though

I remember friends telling me this was ropey in 2019. Had some weird gunk on bottle neck and cork had a fault but no issues or buildup under the cap. Great bottle. Glad to finally drink it.

Oude Geuze Boon (2014-2015) crider

Celebrating the new wine/geuze cellar by actually drinking some geuze. Insane how this has developed. Meyer lemon, peach, some mild dried mango. Color is richer from oxidation. Tartness is very mellow. Carb is there but not as robust. Have about 5 more.
