Oldest bottle of Geueze from the cellar! Stupid Funk & Barnyard Notes. Goaty & Pure Lambic traditional yeast on backend. No Carbonation left but all good.

Tastes kind of like a faro. Has a caramel and sweet flavor. Apple and apple cider. There are some Gueuze like flavors that are still there. A bit of minerality and some citrus. Oaky. If this was a faro, it’d be pretty spot on. Not rating this one.
