Oude Geuze Boon (1995-1996) L.

Tastes kind of like a faro. Has a caramel and sweet flavor. Apple and apple cider. There are some Gueuze like flavors that are still there. A bit of minerality and some citrus. Oaky. If this was a faro, it’d be pretty spot on. Not rating this one.

Batch 2 was always too sweet and it’s still too sweet. Some peppers in the finish.

Probably 5-7 years old. This beer always hits all the spots.
