Chocolate, malty, and vanilla aroma. Chocolate, dark malts, and a bit of vanilla. Rich with roasty notes.

Dirty Bastard (2023) Armstrong

Rich caramel malt aroma. Toffee and smokey caramel.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2023) Armstrong

Coffee, toffee, and chocolate aroma. Coffee, maple,chocolate, with a bit of oat silkyness. Coffee heavy.

Punkin Ale (2023) Armstrong

Faint allspice and malt aroma. Allspice lingered longer than the cinnamon. Not quite the balance I was looking for

KBS Blueberry Armstrong

Blueberry, chocolate and coffee aroma. Bourbon chocolate and blueberries on the first sip. Oak and coffee later. Vanilla as it warms.

Daycap Lime Armstrong

Not much aroma. Light lime. Not getting much tequila or barrel. Refreshing.

Unraveled IPA Armstrong

Floral hoppy aroma, pleasant. Floral, citrus hops while quite smooth for a non ipa person.

KBS Chocolate Cherry (2022) Armstrong

Chocolate and cherry aroma with hints of barrel aging. Roasty coffee with chocolate and sweet cherry.

Citrus Squall Armstrong

Pineapple citrus aroma. Citrussy with hops taking the sweetness down a bit.

French Toast Bastard Armstrong

Aroma of cinnamon French toast drowned in hot maple syrup. Cinnamon, maple, oak, and vanilla. This will be much better as it warms.

Mas Agave Prickly Pear (2021) Armstrong

Love the fruity, lime, salty and tequila aroma. So smooth and hints of the best tequila I have ever had. Fruity sweet, with lime, salt and tequila building to a very pleasant fruity gose.

Belgian Twist Armstrong

Quite effervescent. Smooth and sweet without the heavy banana or clove

Scarlet Dawn IPA Armstrong

Floral hop aroma. There are malts under the floral hops.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Armstrong

Aroma of caramel, vanilla, and oak. Dark fruits, vanilla, smooth bourbon.

Frootwood Armstrong

Fruity and Oakey aroma. Sweet, fruity, tart and Oakey. A bit of maple and bourbon.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Armstrong

Aroma is vanilla and a touch of bourbon. Vanilla, chocolatey with a touch of bourbon followed by cinnamon.

Punkin Ale 2021 Armstrong

Aroma of pumpkin pie. Spices with a solid piney hop background, but not excessive hops. A bit bland compared to other pumpkin beers.

Founders Oktoberfest (2021) Armstrong

Malty, toasty with a bit of toffee.

Oude Geuze Boon (2014-2015) Armstrong

Acidic oakey aroma. Definitely unfiltered, nice sediment layer. Dry, oakey and very much a lambic. Lucky find.

Nemesis (2021) Armstrong

I am thinking Melissa and Ryan may have something to do with this being at Flight. Aroma okay and molasses. A bit of acrid barrel, but definitely a barleywine. On the dry side, improve with aging.
