Caramel, raisin, dates and some smokiness. Quite heavy, ending is a bit boozy. Not bad! Also a new style to me!

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter S

Malty, syrupy, heavy on bourbon. Some licorice and vanilla. Very nice!

Trouble Juice S

From yesterday. Pretty basic thin-ish session IPA with added fruitiness. Makes me wonder once again why fruited IPA's exist. Quite good neverthless.

Raspberry Rush S

Now this is a curious one. Smells like someone poured raspberry juice into an used coffee mug. Completely separate aromas, but flavors blend together nicely. Loads of raspberry and berry notes from coffee. Nice tart ending. Good!

Uno Pils S

Floral, crisp and clean. Green notes and white bread crust. Some bitterness in the end. Very good!

Cola O S

Super interesting. Herbal cola mixed with lemon. Nice tartness in the end. Could drink this by buckets, not a hint of alcohol

Unblended Oude Lambiek Foeder #101 S

Very funky, some zest and vinous notes. Bergamot-like bitterness, not very sour.

Ice Cold Pilsner S

Crispy, light, grassy, hoppy. Clean and very drinkable. Nice!

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) S

Lemon zest, stable, very slight note of white wine vinegar. Some green hoppy notes as well. Tartness is well balanced. Very good!

Magic Lambic (2022) S

I've wanted to try this for years. Amazing, tart raspberries, weirdly some cherries, vinegar and slight notes of vanilla in the end. Sour all the way through, but stays balanced. Very good!

45 Dias Mexican Lager S

Pretty much what I expect, slightly better than Corona and similar. Good thirst quencher after sauna. Refreshing, slightly lemony, some corn and slight fartiness.

Backwoods Bastard S

Very malty, caramelly and boozy. Heavy bourbon and some smokiness. Mouthfeel is a bit thin for all these big flavors. A good one neverthless.

Gueuze (2021) S

This never disappoints. Tart, loads of hay and stable. Oily mouthfeel, ends with nice sourness. Really solid, always a treat.

Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2021) S

Special lambic with Finnish seabuckthorn. Tart, funky, some hay and stable. Moderately sour. Seabuckthorn has such a unique flavor I was hoping it would be a bit more prominent. Delicious neverthless.

Solid Gold S

Very light and easy, doesn't taste like much which is the point of lagers this style I guess. Clean and very crushable.

Deep flavors, surprisingly some maltiness. Quite sour, some hay and stable as well. Nice vinegary ending. Really good.

Drink'in The Sun (0.3%) S

Light and refreshing, some aromatic hops. Has that unpleasant, sweet aftertaste that most non-alcoholic beers have. Still okay.

Henry Gose Lightly S

Rated as a non-alc. Citrusy sweetness followed by nice tartness. Notes of apple cider vinegar and coriander. Really nice!

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2020) S

Wonderful dark, tart cherries. Some tannins, dry finish. Not as sour as others from Spontan series. Really nice.

Oude Geuze Boon (2014-2015) S

Quite mellow, some funk, mold and citric acid. Not sour enough. Not bad, not great.

Spontantriplecherry S

Tart, concentrated cherry juice. Some spiciness on the background. Quite enjoyable but not spectacular.

Spontandoubleblueberry (2020) S

Tart blueberries. Not intense enough, aftertaste leaves me hanging. Still, quite nice.

Beer Geek Vanilla Shake (Whiskey Barrel Aged 2019) S

Very smooth. Notes of vanilla, cacao and whiskey. Slick mouthfeel, very enjoyable.

Spontanlemon S

Very sour! Some lambic-like qualities, notes of stable and hay. Puckering and delicious.

George Bourbon BA S

Thick stuff. Bourbon, vanilla and coffee. Balanced and pleasant.

60 Minute IPA S

Well executed hoppy IPA. Lots of pine and zest, some malty sweetness. Aftertaste is dry, some hop burn. Bitterness lingers for a while. Quite good.

Beer Geek Vanilla Maple Cocoa Shake S

Bitter chocolate, roasted malts, some vanilla. Notes of maple syrup. Quite good, could be a bit thicker.

Oude Geuze A L’Ancienne VAT 108bis Mono Blend S

Super intensive and funky! Green apple, stable, lots of bitterness in the aftertaste which reminds me of grapefruit rind. Not that sour, quite dry. Complex and good.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge S

Bitter coffee, toffee, cacao and some maple syrup. Not that sweet, nicely balanced. Could be a bit thicker. Alcohol well hidden. Awesome.

Snow Out S

Fruity, smooth and crisp. Tropical fruits and the slightest amount of bitterness. Good.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio S

Dark cherries, oak and some vinegar. Medium sourness. Classic.

Swedish Wash S

Very dry and very champagne-like. Some malts, heavy on white vine. Can't taste alcohol really. Good!

Double Dippy Doo S

Overripe fruits, mango and maybe some lychee. Not overly sweet, very juicy and no bitterness. Oily mouthfeel. Really enjoyed this one.

Spontandryhop Idaho 7 & Lemondrop S

Floral aroma. Lots of citrus in flavor. Not too tart, nicely balanced. Some vinegar in aftertaste. Not too complex but quite good neverthless.
